Perspecta Valuation LLC was founded by Hans W. Schmitter, MAI, CCIM. Perspecta was founded to provide its clients a unique perspective of the commercial real estate and personal property industries. This full-service appraisal and consulting company operates in Indianapolis, Indiana, and services the entire Indiana market with special emphasis on the Indianapolis MSA. All appraisal and consulting assignments are completed by a MAI designated appraiser with the help of staff appraisers and are reviewed extensively prior to delivery.
Hans has been active in the real estate industry since 2005, while having already been involved in the construction industry for over 10 years. He has been active in real estate valuations since 2007. During that time, Hans has provided valuation and consulting services on a wide variety of property types. Hans, who is also is a real estate broker, has resided within Indiana his whole life.
